The Technological Institute of the Philippines-center for Continuing Education (TIP-CCE) offers training programs and short courses to provide practicing engineers, engineering graduates, businessmen, entry-level and practicing professionals, managers, specialists, and trade workers with the knowledge and skills to develop their management, technical and personal competencies. These competencies are meant to increase their competitiveness and accelerate their growth in their chosen careers in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marine, and Information and Communications Technology.

TIP-CCE Programs and courses are designed to address the specific needs of individuals, industries, national development programs, and rising performance expectations. CCE programs are developed in consultation with those actually performing the work, heads of companies, industry associations and partners, and delivered by subject experts and practitioners.

Adult learning methods are utilized in the conduct of the program modules and courses. Workshops, hands-on exercises and sharing of actual industry experiences are blended into the lectures. Participants will be able to apply immediately in their work or chosen career the practical knowledge, skills, and values gained in the training programs and courses.
