TIP LINKS WITH CUERVO APPRAISERS, INC.

The Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) Manila and Quezon City recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cuervo Appraisers, Inc., the leading appraising company in the Philippines. The Memorandum of Understanding initially provides for the integration of an elective Appraisal course in the Engineering and Business Education curricula of TIP, the structuring of short Appraisal courses by TIP’s Center of Continuing Education (TIPCCE), and eventually the offering of Appraisal / Valuation Education as a full degree program at the TIP. Signatories to the MOU were the President of TIP, Dr. Elizabeth Q. Lahoz, and the President of Cuervo Appraisers, Ms. Charito Cole-Alfaro.
